Mel Ferrer escorted his daughter Mela and a friend of hers to the opening of the Moiseyev Dance Company in Los Angeles. His wife Audrey Hepburn was in Africa at the time, filming "The Nun's Story" and he was in L.A. filming "The World, the Flesh, and the Devil" as well as preparing for his "Green Mansions" shoot.
